I returned to HPT for the second time to complete another 6 week challenge. This time round was equally as great as the first with the team being so incredibly helpful in my weight loss / muscle building journey!
Adam was always available should I have any questions and just general words of encouragement! The small classes are brilliant and each trainer is great in their own way. Would recommend for anyone wanting a quick boost or a more long term solution!!

I went through an amazing transformation in just 6 weeks time. Jake provided me with literally everything l needed to progress and exceed my goals. Meal & training plan, what to eat when l am out and what l found absolutely amazing was the recipe book. Easy to try something new with a breakdown of protein, carbs and fat. A very good variety of training sessions and perfect guidance. I didn’t need that much guidance in the sessions itself because l was going to the gym already but Jake definitely pushed me to stay strict with my food, don’t drink and stay consistent.
I lost half of my total body fat in 6 weeks! From 18% to 9%. The other good thing is that this 6 weeks training program is for everyone, even if you go to the gym already and have a good base.
The measurements also really help to see your progress.
All in all great coaching, great experience and this actually made me feel much better about myself and incorporate meals and structures in my daily life.

Divine intervention is what I call HPT!
I had been struggling for just under a year to get my mojo back and could see I was putting weight on, especially in the trunk region. But for the first time, could not find my get up and go. And just by sheer coincidence, I came across HPT 6 weeks challenge.
From my first initial visit to the gym for a consultation chat, there was something about the feel. It just felt right. Never was there any false or over promises. It felt honest and Jake was down to earth.
I loved the small group sessions. It had a different feel to a usual gym and I believe it made me more engaged.
Everything I wanted to achieve, getting up early again, getting back into exercising regularly, eating better, feeling better about myself and regaining my confidence. I was even more pleased I have been able to surpass Jake's target.

You see, we're a little bit different from a big commercial gym, CrossFit gym or Bootcamp. We DON'T cram as many people into sessions as possible. We only train people in small groups of up to 6 max.
This is uncommon in the fitness world in recent years but it works for our client and for us, as they get better results and personal attention.
